When I needed a car unexpectedly! I was in a leased car and had an accident. Car got totalled and lease company took the insurance money. Stay away from Service contracts For my experience and for what it was worth, don’t think I will go to any Chevy dealer after this experience. You have your truck towed in for service For my experience and for what it was worth, don’t think I will go to any Chevy dealer after this experience. You have your truck towed in for service, and you receive your vehicle damaged! Never got a phone call prior to picking up that it even happened. Am still waiting to hear back from service manager 4 days after picking up. Records are inaccurate for mileage and service through service and finance. Avoided warranty repairs. When time lapsed, had to eat the bill. I can go on and on for the headaches and money lost. This review isn’t going to go any where, nor does anybody care. Service contracts are a joke, and for what I had paid for the vehicle and service contract was a bit high. Warranty work and don’t get over on customers. Got treated better by Ford dealers for service repairs and sales. Denooyer has a good rep. Overall, not a great experience for me shall we say. And a bit upset the wheel wells rusted within the 1st year! I’ll take it as a loss and eat up the negative equity as well. More
