oil change ok,i went there by appointment,and guess what,they did not have my oil filter again,same as last time,my truck is a ford so i guess they do not believ ok,i went there by appointment,and guess what,they did not have my oil filter again,same as last time,my truck is a ford so i guess they do not believe in buying my oil filter ahead and having it when get there,on top of that they put mobil one oil in my truck which i never use,they did that without even asking so that was my last visit there. Very thorough and kept me informed I was concerned about my brand new car having some issues. Sucks I have a light that comes on. I brought my truck there 6 times the light still stays on my gas wasn't replaced. There was also a scratch on my driver' I have a light that comes on. Customer Service needs help I brought my brand new 2019 equinox in for Service on the radio. The service guy I spoke with named Scott was extremely rude and had an attitude probl I brought my brand new 2019 equinox in for Service on the radio. The service guy I spoke with named Scott was extremely rude and had an attitude problem and this isn’t the first time when my dad brought his vehicle in for service exact same thing got attitude from Scott. The work on my car was completed and in a timely fashion I am happy with that BUT I am not happy with the customer service aspect. I did have multiple phone calls with John Atwood who I would prefer to deal with I highly recommend John. More
