The dealer is one of my best dealerships in the area. They offer great prices and rebates to their customers with keeps them very competitive. If you work out a deal with the customer and then the finance manager try to charge you a higher monthly payment then what you agreed with your sale person is not right... Servicing your car there is great and they do a good job, Except when you have to schedule to have a oil change and it takes weeks or month to schedule you in. They need to work on this better. If you're going to sell lots of cars, you need to keep up with the demands on scheduling service on the vehicle. It shouldn't take over month to get a simple oil change and they should honor walk-in for things like oil change or tire rotation ETC... More
