Chase Duke was a great salesman for us, he listened to what we wanted and legitimately worked with us to get to where we needed to be for our monthly payments. It was a very relaxed experience and not onc what we wanted and legitimately worked with us to get to where we needed to be for our monthly payments. It was a very relaxed experience and not once did I feel like he was pushy or trying to push additional services. A very genuine and nice guy. Then when we got to the finance manager, things continued to be great. The process was straightforward and painless. Overall one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. Buying a car from out of state. Just purchased a used Honda Crosstour from Dean Team. I live in Michigan and found the car with the features and colors I wanted through the internet Just purchased a used Honda Crosstour from Dean Team. I live in Michigan and found the car with the features and colors I wanted through the internet on Cargurus. Checked it out online and then made a query and within a short time received a call back from John. He was very helpful and answered my questions and gave me time to talk over the purchase with my wife with no pressure. He also held the car for me for 36- 48 hours till I was able to wire the money for the car. A couple days later flew down and John willing picked my wife and I up from near the airport the next morning and took us to the dealership to finalize paper work and pick the car up. It was as expected. Nice and clean. A special bonus was a full tank of gas seeing he knew we had a 500 mile trip home. Thankyou very much. Excellent experience. More
