I bought an '08 Rio5 new for my very short work commute, trading my old pickup when gas went through the roof. It's been a great car so I just keep on driving it and having it serviced at Dorsch. At one point I became worried about the timing belt being susceptible to age as well as miles driven. Though only halfway to 60,000 miles at that time, I asked to have it replaced and was happy to pay for the peace of mind that would give me; didn't want it breaking on an interference engine, after all. The service advisor convinced me that only mileage, not age, was the critical factor so I kept my wallet in pocket and asked myself: "How many other dealerships would ever do THAT?" With the quality I've found in Kia along with the integrity and friendliness of everybody at Dorsch, I won't be shopping anywhere else when it finally comes time to buy again. More

Can not say the same today... feels like my transmission is going to drop out when it up shifts from 1st to 2nd and down shifts for 2nd to 1st... Dorsch Ford said there is nothing they can do... "Call Ford" this is a Ford issue, they only performed the recall notice. So I called Ford, Ford told me to call the dealership. I think they call this a "circle jerk"!!!... I had $40,000 truck that was perfectly fine.. 24 hours later, nobody would even buy it!! And Dorsch is not willing to help in any manner... They lost a customer and my chin music will sing load, clear and proud!! Stay away from Dorsch!!! If you are looking for a vehicle at the "REAL DEAL" there is reason they have a slogan.. If you do not have any honor or credibility, you need fluff along with a smoke and mirrors gimmick. Buyer be ware!!! More

In my 70yrs, Dorsch is the Best dealership I've ever experie I moved to Green Bay two years ago. I drive a Kia Optima. I've never experienced such excellent service in my life. The LOF, tire rotation, and inspection was listed as $55 on the web site. Actual bill was about $70. Why the large difference? My vehicle is in the system and pulls up online, so the vehicle type is known when I selected the service needed. Not Thomas's fault, but online estimate should be closer. In the end the service was very good. More
