I was so pleased with my last visit to the dealer-ship to have my car worked on.I had an appointment-I was taken rite away.Brian went over everything so it was complete.. Efficient service and friendly people. . Very comfortable waiting area. Very hard to get someone in service when you call. Many times you are told to call back and not even allowed to leave . It was crazy dropping off my Genesis GV70 in the morning and took much longer than I expected. There must have been 12 cars ahead of me waiting for the service department. I had to bring it in for maintenan and took much longer than I expected. There must have been 12 cars ahead of me waiting for the service department. I had to bring it in for maintenance a couple weeks earlier than I expected and had to do a walk-in since the soonest appointment was 3-4 weeks out. It was ok this time, but I won’t consider another Genesis in the future unless they build a standalone dealership. More
