I purchased a 2020 Palisade after several weeks looking for a vehicle. I went there to just look and week later made it super simple to call in to verify the vehicle was still available and picked it up th for a vehicle. I went there to just look and week later made it super simple to call in to verify the vehicle was still available and picked it up the same day. I have 2 complaints about the purchase. First time I test drove I noticed one of the turn signal blinkers on the mirror had condensation build up and a 1/4 inch paint chip(fixable under warranty and paint chip could of been fixed at dealer since dealers always have someone to fix scratches /dents on a weekly basis.) Chris and Al promised me several times yea I'll give you call tomorrow so we can setup and appointment to get it fixed. A week later still no callback and I decided to call and left some messages. I was able to reach them but was told they would get back with me to setup appointment. 40 days later after the sale still nothing. Overpromise and under deliver. Part 2 Vehicle was $1000 more to make it certified with the full remainder of the warranty. I said I didn't want it. When it came to the final stage of paperwork and to upsell more extended warranty they tacked on the additional 1000 onto the vehicle price instead of listing it as a separate item like the rim protection insurance that was 1499 listed on a separate line. I should just go there to cancel that since I am sure when it comes time to use it some other hoops I would have to go thru. insurance always give you the run around for claims. Less headache paying out of pocket for repair or rim or tires. More
