Andrew Summerhill is a great Service Representative and I highly recommend him and the service he provides. All service reps work to help one another in times of high volume of customers and provide a positive result even in difficult times. Maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to please the customer and ensure I am well taken care of. I’ve never been upsold or felt coerced to purchase anything. Overall I keep coming back to this location because of the excellent maintenance and service reps. I didn’t buy my car here but will continue to bring it here for the length of ownership. I also live in an adjoining county, so that should speak volumes. Please keep up the good work and Andrew gainfully employed at your location. He’s the best. I wish I knew the guys name this sits to Andrew’s right hand side (Brian?) He covered for Andrew once for me and he was top notch as well. Kudos to him and the overall group you have in your service group. Well done to all. More
