What a friendly atmosphere at Ferman BMW from the moment I arrived I was greeted by by employees at the door and then at the service desk. Courtney was so helpful with my vehicle problem and when asked abo I arrived I was greeted by by employees at the door and then at the service desk. Courtney was so helpful with my vehicle problem and when asked about how long it would take to complete the repair she checked and told me about two and a half hours. Yep it was completed in just that time with a car wash. More

The staff are nice, however the service has always taken longer than promised even with appointments made days before. And the car wash that they do leaves your vehicle sometimes dirtier than when you brou longer than promised even with appointments made days before.
