They always discuss everything and explain recommendations fully, with videos so I understand what the service advisor is seeing when a repair is recommended. two items: 1. The hood on the car was not down, after car was serviced and I had to figure it out and put the hood down. Jeez..... 2. Mine is a Canadian car with Canadian warranty for service and yet I was told to pay upfront for servicing. When I called Canada they did reimburse me but told me the service dept should have known better and should have charged it through BMW. He said Canadian warranties are both Canada and US, while the US warranties are only for US. Not sure if I should return? Staff very friendly however. More

I don’t think they are really in touch with potential customers. They estimated $3000 to fix / replace my head unit in a 5 year ood vehicle and acted like it was filling it up with gas, so I found an aft customers.
