I had booked service on line with all the things I needed done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had bee done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had been done. Every time I brought my car into them it would come up with something else wrong with it. This not only happens with me but other people I know who have BMWs who went there.
