Great service but left extremely frustrated Good morning, I visited Ferman BMW to repair a fairly bad wheel wobble in my 2016 435i. After the initial inspection, it was determined that the f Good morning, I visited Ferman BMW to repair a fairly bad wheel wobble in my 2016 435i. After the initial inspection, it was determined that the front wheel was bent and would need to be replaced. I discussed the wheel replacement with Jamie and informed her that I had purchased the wheel/tire warranty plan when I purchased the car as the salesman had informed me that "the warranty will cover everything from punctured tires and bent or cracked rims from hitting a curb or pothole." While the warranty is not cheap, I knew that low-profile run flats and BMW wheels would be expensive to replace so I had might as well pay a little each month should I puncture a tire or damage a wheel. Jamie had the pleasure of informing me that what I was told by the salesman is not technically true as the warranty will not, in fact, cover my bent wheel. She explained that the warranty does not apply because the wheel is not bent far enough to leak air or make the car unsafe to drive. I politely expressed my frustration to Jamie and explained to her that I had very clearly been told the warranty would cover "punctured tires or bent wheels." She informed me that was not the case and I would be required to pay for the wheel replacement. I did and am pleased with the repair. However, this experience has left me very frustrated with Ferman BMW and the disconnect between what I was told and what is actually the case as it relates to additional services I was sold when I purchased the car. Jamie was very polite and courteous through this whole experience. I am left feeling quite disenchanted with Ferman, unfortunately. Sincerely, Matt Marshall More
