We would have given this dealership 5 stars but your customer service cost you a star. Our salesman Stone was awesome, and I would send everyone to him. He went a ove and beyond to make this sale happen. The genius department was outstanding and Jazar was very professional and thorough in explaining every feature of our brand new vehicle. The disappointing parts: I left 3 messages for David the sakesnanager and never got a return call. The brand newX6 was not checked for updates before being released to us resulting in a check engine light by the next day. When we brought the car back we were told the update would take 6 hours.Since we were on vacation we requested the loaner included in our sales agreement. They had none and we waited 4 hours to have a rental arranged through the dealer. When we asked the service team member what to do with the rental when we were done with it ge promptly answered it was not his problem.Someone needs to be trained in question answering. The service dept also stated they would hand wash the vehicle before returning it to us. It was definitely a very poor job and looked better before we gave them our brand new vehicle. More

Not all that happy with service department or the guy david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaki david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaking which they were not and that my ticking noise was from my breaks which it was not either. At the moment im very upset about the whole experience and i hope they do the right thing and actually fix the problem or do something to compensate me for all of the problems ive had with this being my first bmw purchase i thought i could trust the sales man but between him and the service department its been a absolute nightmare. Please help More
