The dealership was good. When I picked up the vehicle the inside was clean, vacuumed out, however the outside had not been washed. I realize it was not a new car & not a BMW but I believe it would have been inside was clean, vacuumed out, however the outside had not been washed. As this was an out of state, sight unseen purchase, I relied on the team to represent the car accurately. And they did with multiple calls and a detailed FaceTime video tour of the car. Super easy. There was a slight discrepancy in the numbers and I took a chance on reaching out after hours and was amazed to have reached Aaron who then resolved the issue and everything was finished up the next day electronically. The car arrived yesterday and it is PERFECT! I had never purchased a car this way before and I was a bit nervous about it... I would totally do it again with Ferman BMW. Thanks guys! : ) More
