Great Service Throughout Start to Finish I was there for both Service and Sales. While serving was taking place on my current BMW I did follow up visit to sales as I was looking for new purch I was there for both Service and Sales. While serving was taking place on my current BMW I did follow up visit to sales as I was looking for new purchase. As I finished up my questions between the two vehicles I was trying to decide on I was approached to choose one of the two similar vehicles they had as loaner to take home to drive in order to make the right decision. Now that is service and good sales. I can appreciate Sales tactics as I've been in sales. When I came back next day to drop off loaner and pick up my vehicle being serviced I had made my decision. So glad it worked out the way it did I've used Ferman BMW in the past as well so naturally its obvious I was pleased in the past too! More

The car stayed over night at the dealership because they had to order a part. It appeared to me that the mechanic left the windows down when the car was in the garage, because inside was full of some sort o had to order a part. It appeared to me that the mechanic left the windows down when the car was in the garage, because inside was full of some sort of a white thing that looked like paint. This really pissed me off. This is the mechanic fault not the service advisor Mr. Graciano he is a nice gentleman. The mechanic shall be advised not to be so sloppy. First service since buying the new car from dealer This was the first service and experience with the dealership since I have bought my vehicle from Ferman. While the facility was good and made the waiting comfortable (wait time was as quoted), there could be an improvement in the communication and customer service from the service department. Again this is my first time servicing the car and owning a BMW, and coming in for an oil change I was a little surprised by the additional items needed and their charges. While I opted for most of them after doing some research on my own I would have appreciated a little more education ahead of time or the person dealing with me putting in the extra time and effort. Overall the visit was average and most likely I will go to another BMW service department that is closer but also to compare the experience. More
