Take lug nuts off I brought my BMW in to get the locked lug nuts off which I was told was going to be $350 to have 2 cut off. Needless to say I did not have it done there and went to a tire place who got them off for free. I am not at all complaining about Jimmy whalen's quote I'm sure he had to put enough time depending on what you guys came across. More
Service Department extremely expensive Ferman BMW up charges OEM parts significantly higher than its competitors. In my experience the labor was 1001% the cost of the part. My other vehicle is a Mercedes Benz, I always take it to the dealership and I have never experienced such arbitrary and exorbitant charges. I am all for paying a fair price for excellent service, unfortunately this business is out of touch with the local market More
