I will never purchase another BMW ever! I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. My convertible top is not working, a headlight is out and the windshield wiper fluid line is leak I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. I would never buy another car from a company that does NOT stand behind their product or care about their customer! All Ferman cares about is money. Specifically, Josh Daniel and David Theado. Joe Cleaver did a great job of explaining all the warranty and extended service plans, as well as making the formal purchase process a breeze. All three gentlemen worked overtime that evening (we left the dealership after 10 PM!) to ensure all the I's were dotted and T's crossed; most importantly, they ensured we were 100% satisfied with the purchase of our new X7. Leah Greenfield, one of the BMW Geniuses Team members, did a phenomenal job the next morning in getting me "functionally proficient" with the myriad technological bells & whistles within this amazing vehicle. All & all, a great experience thus far and we're happy to have Ferman BMW as our longterm Service Center home. More
Had an oil change and diagnostic inspection done for a used 2015 750 Li purchased elsewhere and was advised it needed a valve cover gasket and possibly tires. 3-4 days later, the motor is locked.
