The service department seems to no longer do video here. I had to drop my car off twice this year and the text stated that I will recieve a video of the inspection but both time I received nothing. Also when I got my car back the second time it was filthy. Like they washed it and packed it under a tree. The service is not the same. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO TAMPA. More
I was quoted $4500 for a repair and was then told that it was $6300 when I went to pick up the car. And after all of that, it still had the same problem and they would not fix it. I was told that I should have had the engine replaced as apposed to the repair. I will never own another BMW or go to a Ferman dealership again. More
