My permanent residence is in New England and my wife and I had a less than stellar experience with a high-volume Corvette dealer near us. I contacted Ferman Chevrolet while wintering in Florida. I was direc I had a less than stellar experience with a high-volume Corvette dealer near us. I contacted Ferman Chevrolet while wintering in Florida. I was directed to Thomas {Tommy} Farruggio, the Corvette Manager there. From my first call with Tommy I felt completely at ease with him. He was professional, straight forward and truthful setting real and accurate expectations and timelines. When it came time to actually place the order for our Corvette, Tommy went above and beyond in assisting us in building the car of our dreams. He made numerous suggestions, taking time to explain why he was making these recommendations. Tommy was never pushy, just informative and insightful. He definitely helped steer us in the right direction. His expertise, enthusiasm and love of the car were evident as he helped us build our Corvette. The outcome exceeded all of our expectations. Our car would not have turned out as well without his guidance. We can't thank him enough for his help and insight. I would highly recommend Tommy to anyone considering investing in a Corvette.
