The customer service I have received since I bought a vehicle their has been crap. I saw a car I really liked so I started the purchasing process. Got approved np everything was good……. Thanks god she did I guess this dealership received a trade-in and put it on the market without making sure it’s safe or even looking at it at all. From the moment I drove up until I left with my new Traverse, everyone was extremely helpful. Mikey was such fun and was super helpful. YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silver My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silverado. They had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Wednesday so I dropped my truck off Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning @ 8:00am, I received a tx from a Service advisor Michael who said he’d stay in touch with me. I didn’t hear anything all day and send him a message @ 4:00pm requesting an update! I figured they had it all day and just as they’re about to leave for the day, I ask when it will be finished. His reply was we looked at it early and they had to keep it another day! This information would have been helpful earlier in the day so I can secure further transportation!!!! A loaner wasn’t even offered! Thank god I reached out to the dealership because they had may have never got back with me! Day 2 10:00am Thursday, I don’t hear anything from the dealership so I send Michael a message asking for an update. Around 11:00am I finally received a reply saying he needed to get with the technician. REALLY? They’ve had my truck over 12 working hours and they need to get with the technician? Thinking I’d get a call shortly, I wait all day for an update! Once again @ 3:45 I have to ask for a update! So an hour later @ 4:45pm I finally hear a response saying he got backed up? No other response other then that!!!!!!!!!! ISN’T THIS WHY APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AND IF YOUR BACKED UP YOU DON’T ACCEPT NEW ONES! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TX THE REST OF THE DAY!!!!!! So apparently they decided to keep my truck for another day without contacting me!!!!!!!!!! I call the dealership to speak with someone in Service. My transferred goes right to voicemail!!!! I left a message asking for someone to contact me asap. I never heard anything back! I called the dealership to request speaking to someone in service and they said Service has went home for the day! Once again, I have no transportation and don’t even receiving a simple call saying they were holding my truck just shows the incompetence of this dealership!!!!!! Day 3 2:00pm Friday, Now I’m p!ssed !!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I attempted to call and speak to the Service advisor! The transferred call goes right to voicemail!!!!!!! xxx I hang up and call back to speak to the Service manager and that goes to voicemail! Another call is placed for the General Manager and that goes to voicemail!!!! OMG I’m in town for business and I can’t believe this dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers and even simple communication!!!!!!! I call the dealership back for the 4th time and finally got to speak with someone named Mike in Service!!!!!! Actually this person had to be tracked down just to answer the phone! So I proceeded to inquire about my truck that they’ve had for 3 full days! The only response I got was we’re busy and might need to look at it!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I need to leave town today and need my truck back asap! They had it all that time to only say we might need to look at it! Im going to mail them a xxxx picture just as a reminder since they liked “Looking @ it” I really hope the Management sees this review because this is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone losses their job for this incompetence! If Chevrolet would ever see this review I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere for service for this dealership because they clearly don’t know how to take care of its customers! If I could give it a zero star I would do that first just to warn everyone! More
My sales agent Jose Rocha was very eager to close the deal, and it was very apparent every time me or my wife would point out a flaw in the vehicle to each other that he would get upset and basically ins deal, and it was very apparent every time me or my wife would point out a flaw in the vehicle to each other that he would get upset and basically insinuate that we were expecting to nice of a vehicle for a 2015. When I explained to Jose that the dealership I just left and looked at the exact same truck but in a 2014, and it didn’t have these flaws other than in the bumper, he told I would have said the same thing to the other dealership had I came to Ferman first. I explained to him that I am an honest person and cut straight to the facts, no need to lie about it. He continued to be argumentative with every flaw we noticed and I eventually had to send him away while my family and I looked over the vehicle. I took the truck for a test drive and decided to buy the vehicle anyway since this was a year newer than the other truck, which would qualify for 2% lower interest rate. I went into Finance with Tansel, who I would give five stars to, very friendly made everything as smooth as possible and even offered my daughters fruit snacks while we closed the deal. We did have an issue that the DMV had to correct, which I was able to get resolved the next morning at the county office. I spent the the remainder of that day and most of the next day trying to reach someone in finance to resubmit the tag transfer now that all issues had been resolved. I probably made 30-40 calls to Ferman before asking to speak with a manager. Every time the receptionist answered the phone she would blindly transfer me to finance where nobody would answer the phone, including the manager when I asked to speak with him. Finally I asked her to page the manager and asked him to speak with me, and she did. Manager took care of my tag transfer and everything was good except I hadn’t received my 2nd which Jose promised to get from the previous owner and mail directly to my house. At this point, I had almost gave up on his empty promise and looked on Amazon where I could purchase a new key fob for $20 and a blank key to be cut for $8, and that was the route I was gonna take. But, Jenny called me for a customer experience review, so I brought up the issue of still needing my second key and when I receive it at that point I would give them a good review. At this point, Jose was already asking me to give him a 5 star review on multiple occasions. So Jenny notifies Jose that I wouldn’t give him a 5 star review until I receive the 2nd key as promised. So Jose gets mad and starts texting me wanting to know what’s up with this. I don’t like having conversations like that through a text message because you can sometimes interpret emotion differently than intended. So I called Jose and first thing he tells me is I discounted that vehicle heavily to make this deal easy not to have these issues. I begin to remind him of what he promised in regards to the key when he began cutting me off and trying to speak over me every time I would try to talk. Eventually told me the best he would do is give me a key at cost, which I declined. I called back and asked for Jenny so I could update my review and was unable to speak with her but I did speak with another lady that had a sales director call me that did resolve the key issue, but you could tell he wasn’t happy about it nor did he ever apologize for my experience. I would probably never buy another vehicle from Ferman Chevrolet after this experience, Stingray Chevrolet is much better and the experience is way better. More
