Worst dealer I have ever had to work with. I wouldn't buy a car or get service at this dealership EVER. I would drive to Canada if needed to avoid using these folks. The last time I went in I wouldn't buy a car or get service at this dealership EVER. I would drive to Canada if needed to avoid using these folks. The last time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they FORGOT to put a lug nut on one of my tires. I had to go back to the dealer after I got home to get the lug nut put on. I just brought my truck in for "Chevy Shake" under warranty work. I made an appointment and when I arrived the crappy service advisor didn't know even what "Chevy shake" was -- meanwhile it is a fleetwide problem with many vehicles. He told me that I would need to leave my truck at the dealer for 3-4 months before they could get to it. I asked if I could then make an appointment in the transmission guys queue for 3 months from now. His response was NO, I would need to leave the truck at the dealer for that long. That is xx! I called two other dealers who could get my car scheduled a week from now, and they said it is crazy to ask someone to leave their car at the dealer for 3-4 months! My real rating would be NO STARS! TERRIBLE DEALER!!!!!!! More
