They didn’t have what I was looking for do we went to the lot to see what they had. Didn’t take but 5 minutes to find my Race Red STX Super Crew with the Eco-Boost. Jeff got all the paperwork done and sent to my bank. The next day I got my draft letter and went back. I was off the lot in my truck in 30 minutes. Total time on lot was 1 1/2 hours. No pressure sells tactics for extras. I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford and Jeff Smith to anyone who wants to get in and out in a Ford vehicle. Great experience! More

Very positive purchase experience We were looking to get out of a lease and knew Ford was offering some great deals on the Fusion. Five Star Ford was recommended by others in our comm We were looking to get out of a lease and knew Ford was offering some great deals on the Fusion. Five Star Ford was recommended by others in our community so we decided to stop by. We had done extensive research so we knew where we wanted to be financially. We were allowed to browse the cars on the lot without any representatives pressuring us. We went to the reception desk and they paged a sales person. Jonathan was friendly and professional. We were honest with him and he treated us with respect and class. We have purchased a number of cars in the past and are familiar with the back and forth but at no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Once we got close to the payment we wanted, Jonathan introduced us to Tut. Tut was very energetic, intelligent, and confident. Tut reviewed all the numbers but we wanted a lower interest rate which Tut was able to accomplish. Tut explained all the options and dealer add-ons but didn't pressure us for any of them, he just let us decide. Jonathan, Tut, and Joshua (sales manager) all worked very hard to make a deal that made us comfortable. The staff stayed well past closing (they close at 10pm but we were working the deal until after 11pm) and never once complained. We left with a 2019 Ford Fusion SE packaged just like we wanted for the payment we wanted. More
