Purchase online, by phone and by mail. I was in a collision that totalled my 2013 Lariat. Once I made my decision, contacting 5 Star by internet and phone was simple and easy. I received an immediate reply from a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Diron Lintz. He and fellow associate Randy Rennert and Financial associate David Welch facilitated the purchase from there. Diron, Randy and David were professionals who were able to help me purchase this new Lariat from a location four hours away. Every transaction occured via a process made simple by these gentlemen. We used online applications, debit transactions, phone calls, emails and overnight UPS and cashier check services to achieve an efficient purchase. On my first day off work I flew to Dallas where Diron met me at my gate at 615AM. He drove me to and treated me to breakfast, shared personal family photos with me and treated me like family, Diron got me into the dealership before opening and introduced me to Randy. Randy finalized the deal quickly as I stated time was my most expensive asset for the day. He presented a cleaned and detailed Lariat that I chose, went over the new features then wished me qell.
