My requirements in a vehicle were specific and probably somewhat out of the ordinary for an F150 Platinum and I had found no other dealership that even attempted to find what I wanted outside of their own inventory. Jeff was knowledgeable, personable, and returned calls or emails promptly. Pricing of the vehicle was prompt and reasonable, saving me the hassle of a never ending negotiation. I never had to set foot in the dealership until the day I took delivery. The paperwork and delivery were prompt and thoroughly explained. Tut Edwards in Finance was pleasant, to the point, and quite entertaining. Although no one buys a vehicle to be entertained in the Finance Department, Tut is certainly an added value to the car buying experience. I was in and out in less than one hour including inspecting the vehicle, the financing paperwork, and final delivery. You can't ask for much better than that with a major purchase such as a new vehicle. This was my second purchase from 5 Star Ford and I would (will) recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. More

Helpful friendly staff. My husband knew what truck he was interested in. Crystal and John were extremely helpful every step of the way. My only issue was with David Hill. We had a quote and the brochure on an extended warranty that also covered dent repair and windshield crack offered through our credit union. Mr. Hill looked at the information we had and said he would meet the price. He did meet the price but it was for lower coverage. It was late around 10:30pm when we finished the loan paperwork. It wasn't until I was home and reviewed all the paperwork that I realized the police he provided was not the same. I cancelled the extended warranty the next day. I felt taken advantage of by Mr. Hill and I will not deal with him in the future. More

Then moving on to the financing David Welch was very personable and explained all our options and worked with us like he was a friend and trying to get them the best deal. Then Jimmie Mathews took about half an hour and explained all the belles and whistles on our new car. Things we would have never even know to look for but will totally use.
