I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new tru As a listener of the Car Pro show I know that 5 Star is a great dealership. I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new truck. By just asking for Joshua, the GM, I was welcomed into his office and treated as if I was a long time friend. I knew which truck I wanted and that it was at the Plano store. I gave him the information and he called the GM directly to confirm it was still there. Next he looked up my file and called in my previous salesman Rick Dike. They told me that it was still there and off to the business office we went. There, David Hill took care of getting all the info for getting approved and of course the required offer of warranties. To be honest I hate this part the most. But we got it done at a good price and acceptable payments. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. I had to come back latter to pick up the truck though. When I got there they had their Tech Team there to show me how to work the sync system and other features of the vehicle. They even have classes on the SYNC on Saturdays. I can't think of a bad part of the deal. More

Above and Beyond A+ I had been looking for a Ford Truck for a few weeks by this time, I was playing the game on line and at other dealerships. And I was getting pretty go I had been looking for a Ford Truck for a few weeks by this time, I was playing the game on line and at other dealerships. And I was getting pretty good at knowing pretty quick if the truck was a good/fair or a high price deal. So I enter 5-Star Ford lock and loaded to play the game, I counter once on price and Mario comes back and let just say I shook his hand and the truck was as good as sold! Now here is where the above and beyond customer service comes into play, as I was doing the paper work my wife had to go home no way around it, I told her it was okay to leave because I would drive the F150 home. AND Murphy’s Law was in full swing! It was after hours at this point and the paperwork would not get transmitted to my bank till the A.M so I can NOT have the truck that night. Now I’m stuck with no way home, Mario told me that he would drop me off at home!!?! How awesome is that!? Now the money has cleared the bank and I can have the truck, but my work schedule will not allow me to swing by the Dealership to get my truck till the weekend. You guessed it Mario offered to hand deliver the truck to my home after he got off work that same day! Long story short, I tell everyone looking for a car to use Mario, and I need to invite Mario to my next family BBQ! More
