On that day, I visited 4 different dealerships looking for the right fit for me (both the truck and the dealership). I felt like Goldilocks looking for one that was just right. None of them gave me the warm, fuzzy, I want to buy a truck from them feeling until 5 Star. When I walked into 5 Star Ford, I knew I had found the right place. From the moment I opened the door to waving goodbye as I drove away in my new truck, it was an amazing experience. It took me a little while to come down from basking in the glory of the BEST auto buying experience EVER to write this review! I dealt primarily with Juan Hernandez. What an awesome salesman! He answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. (He also stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of before leaving). After choosing the truck for me, it was on to the finance manager. Tut Edwards made sure everything was in order, and took care of the money side in record time. I feel privileged to have been part of the "Tutman Experience". He was awesome! Talked me through the entire process and made it a fun and personable experience. I know 5 Star Ford is lucky to have these two, but, I feel that I am the lucky one! Thanks Juan and Tut for making this so easy and fun. I had been to five other dealerships and test driven I found the perfect salesman in Justin Compton. My search for the right car had been exhausting. I had been to five other dealerships and test driven 5 other vehicles. I am a decisive person I just was not finding what I needed. All the other cars I was looking at I was going to have to go very basic in what the car had to offer to fit my budget, which when I first started my search I thought was a huge amount. I learned very quickly my money would not go far. That is until I met Justin. I told him exactly what I wanted ( not too crazy ) and my price point and he made it happen. I even got more than I could have imagined.
