He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW we were looking at and what a pleasure it was to deal with someone that was not pushy and gave us all the options of purchasing a BMW. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Ed Kiley, New Vehicle Sales Manager, to finalize the deal and that was a pleasure as well. I knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't want to be steered into something else. Bryan allowed me to control the buying process and made everything very easy, and strait forward. He was able to explain to me exactly how leases worked and how all of the numbers added up. There was alot of paperwork but Bryan walked me through every document. This was a fantastic experience and I feel like ive been spoiled. More
