The dealership as a whole is BEAUTIFUL and has the most incredible selection of cars! We went with a specific vehicle in mind and were so pleased with the assistance of Tom Terrill. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, patient! and friendly. Our team was comprised of Tom Terrill, Vince Dillon and Cathy Ferry. Every step was executed seamlessly and was a pleasure for us as buyers. The buying process deserves praise, but I'd be remiss to not also point out the post-buying experience, where Tom spent all the time I needed to become familiar and comfortable with the car- answering some questions more than once (the car offers SO MANY options, it was hard to process it all!)- and following up afterward and offering another learning session once I became more familiar with the basics. Those details are what set dealerships and salesmen apart and leave a lasting impression. The service department offers vehicle pickup- need I say more!?!? I cannot recommend this dealership enough: the facility is top notch, the selection is unbelievable and the staff are perfection! Happy Driving :) More
