Jason P. replied to my email and we were talking over the phone within minutes. He was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate to my predicament. Jason even FaceTimed with me so I could see the car. The purchase price and financial arrangements were handled by phone and email swiftly and with ease. Arrangements were made for me to pick up the car and complete the sale the next day. Upon my arrival, Justis N. was very thorough and explained the purchasing process. He also assisted me with completing my insurance coverage change. He was kind. informative and attentive, answering any questions that came up. Cody H. handled all of my financial affairs. He answered my questions and put my mind at ease in regards to what options to choose for the warranty. He was considerate to my financial predicament and very kind and helpful. The process was short and sweet. I expected it to be much longer. The whole time I was there, I felt like I was being treated with the utmost respect and kindness.
