I used to think buying a car was more of a "guy’s thing," but Rudy made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I also want to mention Jose Vargas, who assisted me with financing. He explained everything—including the extended warranty packages—in detail, without making me feel pressured. Additionally, I appreciate Bob, the manager, who took the time to listen to my needs and worked with me on pricing. Rudy was incredibly patient in explaining all the car’s features and even followed up afterward to ensure I had everything I needed. What I appreciated most about this dealership was that I felt valued rather than pushed. The entire dealership is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and I even enjoyed their muffins! More

All good except 2 issues: (1) tailgate would not close due to conflicting signals from front and rear close buttons that showed the tailgate in different positions. (2) Android and Apple phones keep overheating when on wireless charging pad making it useless. More
