Mike Fahey and Trent Jackson were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Mike spent a lot of time allowing me to drive numerous vehicles so that we could experience the difference between all of them. Since then, all records are under my husband's name. The reminder e-mail about the appointment was addressed to my husband even though I made the appointment. When the service was finished and they called a name in the waiting room, they called my husband's name, even though I was the only one there. And this request for feedback was addressed to my husband! I know the computer lumps us together because we share an address and an e-mail, but I am a person too and it offends me to be treated as just an extension of my husband. I have even considered going elsewhere for service, even though I am happy with your work. I can't be the only woman who complains about this. More
