Here's what I have to say for my first dealership experience it was very calm and everyone I met was friendly and helpful Logan did a great job and was quick to help when I found problems with my new experience it was very calm and everyone I met was friendly and helpful Logan did a great job and was quick to help when I found problems with my new car he was very efficient on getting the little issues resolved all in all great job I will definitely be keeping gateway as one of my go to dealerships More

Vehicle knowledge was poor, we weren’t provided options when asked. We didn’t find out that there wasn’t an extra key for the vehicle until after purchase was made, and then I asked for a resolution and wa when asked. We didn’t find out that there wasn’t an extra key for the vehicle until after purchase was made, and then I asked for a resolution and was not offer any. The financing guy was helpful and good but the rest of the experience was not. I am very upset with not having a second key and that would have been a deal breaker for me. I was told that the old owner still has the key which makes me very insecure. I wanted to make sure that we made the right purchase but weren’t given complete information about the vehicle. I won’t come or recommend buying from here again. I thought this was a good dealership and drove 2 1/2 hours for some good service and was highly disappointed. More
