I am extremely dissatisfied with the service department. I came in for a scheduled undercoating appointment only to find that this service did not take place at this facility and they could not see my appo I came in for a scheduled undercoating appointment only to find that this service did not take place at this facility and they could not see my appointment in their system as it was for an undercoating. I had not been told to go to a different facility when I booked the appointment. I had also requested a shuttle that was not arranged. I might be more understanding if this was the first time i had experienced this type of service but this was at least the 3rd time something was wrong with an appointment. One appointment they forgot to pick me up even though I had called to confirm the shuttle. The only bright spot is the actual shuttle drivers are lovely and personable. Save yourself the hassle and find another place for your vehicle services. More
