From the start to finish the whole experience was great! Crystal and Saralinna were able to help me get information on a vehicle before coming in. The dealership as a whole was relaxed while still being professional. Derrick, our salesperson, was friendly and made himself available to answer questions without making me feel pressured to buy. I stopped by to see about ordering a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate and was greeted by Johnny Durham. Johnny informed me they had just gotten one in on a trade which was the right color and had more op Denali Ultimate and was greeted by Johnny Durham. Johnny informed me they had just gotten one in on a trade which was the right color and had more options than I expected. Chris Wilson appraised my trade-in and the 3 of us came to what I considered to be a very reasonable deal. Mike Hesson walked me through the purchasing process and Adrianna Burton introduced me to my new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate and helped get registered with My GMC. I drove off the lot feeling like a king, but grinning like a Cheshire cat. I highly recommend Harry Robinson GMC! More

My truck was in getting worked on and they called me and asked if I wanted to get the same payment on a new one. Very easy process. Got a 2 year newer truck for the same payment I already have and didn’t ha asked if I wanted to get the same payment on a new one. Very easy process.
