Had an appointment to get a recall done as well as a The Works oil change, arrived and quickly was checked in and told I would get a text once done. I was offered a ride home but I already had a ride set up Works oil change, arrived and quickly was checked in and told I would get a text once done. Only one issue this time! I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 am for a 10:15 appointment to check out noise in brakes. Called an told me my oil was due do so I approved it. But I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 am for a 10:15 appointment to check out noise in brakes. Called an told me my oil was due do so I approved it. But didn't get it back till 2:30 pm ! They changed the oil and checked out my brakes! Found nothing wrong with brakes . Brakes still squeaking ! Under 7000 miles ! Steve was still on top if everything but i was a bit upset cause the oil was supposed to be under extended plan ! I was running late so had to leave ! I called Hopkins ford where j bought it and assured me it was covered. I haven't had a chance to stop back by and see steve! I m sure we can take care of it next time! More
