Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 5 months early for my 8:00 appointment for my F-250. Waited an hour and a half to complete a simple oil change. Service advisor stated that Arrived 5 months early for my 8:00 appointment for my F-250. Waited an hour and a half to complete a simple oil change. Service advisor stated that the rotors were installed on the wrong sides, but in fact installed properly. Will never go back. I do not like going through the commercial truck center. I.used to get oil change in the in the old quik lane. Liked it better there, but doing worry. Will not get oil changes at Hawk any longer. More
