DJ found my new truck so my birthday trip was a huge success. He originally sold me my 2025 Ford F-350 Lariat—and it was an awesome truck. I received compliments on it everywhere I went. Unfortunately, with under 30,000 miles, the turbocharger went out, and I was told it could take at least three weeks to fix. The timing couldn’t have been worse. I had a trip planned the following Thursday for my 70th birthday with my truck and trailer, with about $1,200 already paid in campground reservations. That’s when DJ really stepped up. Once we realized a turbocharger wasn’t available anywhere, he went to work finding a solution. He even drove to Wisconsin to pick up a 2026 F-350 King Ranch and brought it back to St. Charles so I wouldn’t miss my trip. That’s going above and beyond—that’s someone who truly cares about his customers. DJ didn’t just sell me a great truck—he stood behind me when it mattered most and made sure my trip still happened. Even though a replacement turbocharger wasn’t available, she truly did everything she could to try and locate one so I wouldn’t have to replace my truck. Unfortunately, there just wasn’t a turbo available anywhere, and I ultimately ended up purchasing another F-350 from DJ, who has helped me with several vehicles over the years. I also want to point out that Kathy and the commercial side of the service department deserve more recognition. They do a fantastic job, and it’s surprising they’re not highlighted more—they are a valuable part of the team and should absolutely be acknowledged. More
