I’ve been to the Truck Center at Hawk Ford in St. Charles many times, and I continue to come back largely because of the people—especially Kathleen. She is consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely tries to make every visit pleasant. She does an excellent job representing the dealership. That said, it still feels strange that the Truck Center does not receive the same level of service or amenities as the main service department. For example, there is no customer coffee station available in the Truck Center. The coffee is kept behind the counter at Kathleen’s station, and if a customer wants some, she has to step away from her work to make it herself. It creates an awkward situation and gives the impression that this area—and the customers using it—aren’t given the same consideration as those in the main service center. With a few improvements and better support for the Truck Center, the overall experience could match the quality of service that Kathleen already provides. More
