I was having some urgent issues with the snow and sub-zero temps and called another Toyota dealer who was unable to get me in (or try). Peter without question told me to come for sure, was able to ru sub-zero temps and called another Toyota dealer who was unable to get me in (or try). Terrible experience. Still don't have my truck. Gave me loaner car with terrible tires and now I've been stuck in the snow. Technician overfilled car with oil and now the Still don't have my truck. Highly HIGHLY upset and looking for SERIOUS compensation. Had to get towed out of parking spot in snow costing me money that I wouldn't have to spend if I had my truck. More
