When we first got there we were greeted right away by a sweet woman and she was fairly new there. She went and got Chris Daniels to help her out to make sure we got all the information we needed. Not only did Chris make us feel completely comfortable with our experience but he also trained the woman thoroughly and had a lot of patience. We test drove the new 2016 Honda Pilot and immediately fell in love with it. Never in our experience with Chris did we feel pressured to buy. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand which made us feel comfortable with making the purchase. Also, the day I picked up my car, Kevin, was very thorough in showing me all the features the car had to offer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. I wish there were more stars to give for this place and the people who work there. More

He made this car buying experience a genuine delight, since not only did it meet our expectations, it greatly exceeded them. In the past, we've been hesitant about buying used cars since we've heard horror stories from family and friends who have dealt with pushy, unprofessional and unethical used car sales personnel. Hence, we were pleasantly surprised upon dealing with Rancier. He definitely does not fit that infamous"used car Salesman" stereotype as he patiently explained all the features and details of the car in a low-key tone and in a very professional manner. He also answered all our questions to our satisfaction. As a bonus, he is totally bilingual and we were able to converse in Spanish. Tom Aresenian handled and processed all the financial paperwork in a similar non-pushy professional manner. We were able to obtain that second lease at a price point that we were very comfortable with. I have since returned to Rancier for help in the newer features with my CRV. You are not overly pressured into buying a car like other dealerships. There is no aggression involved as with other dealerships. I actually had a difficulty situation I was in with my current car and they were the only dealership that was able to work with me and get me into another car. The finance director is great. Mehdi is a great sales consultant. He is calm and did not pressure me into getting a car I did not want. I would definitely recommend him. The experience here is more about you vs. the sale, sale ,sale as with other dealerships. They are very busy so you may have to wait but it is worth it if you wanted to be treated with some form of respect and to get the car and deal you want. The finance director Bill spent a lot of time on my deal and was able to get my car financed, which was excellent. Mehdi kept me informed throughout the process. Definitely recommend this dealership. The only thing I could say is that their seating area for service should be a little bigger other than that no complaints. The service department is friendly as well unlike other dealerships I have been to. SO if you want to buy a car Ask for Medhi and if you can at all possible have Bill work on your finance. He worked on mine both times I bought a car here. He actually reviews the financing payments with you. Other dealerships I have been to like McGee Chevy just have you sign and don't explain what your getting into. More
