The dealership has always been impressive as well as previous employees. I was shocked yesterday when I was treated with such rudeness by the man who took our information for service for my 2021 Lincoln previous employees. I was shocked yesterday when I was treated with such rudeness by the man who took our information for service for my 2021 Lincoln Nautilus purchased at the dealership. He continued to be rude throughout the over 2 hours even when checking when the service would be completed. An older gentleman employed at the dealership finally checked on our service and was well aware of the inexcusable behavior of the young dark headed man with a very full black beard. I am so disappointed Herb Chambers would employee someone so condescending and rude. More
