The experience both started and ended rocky. First, I was told, via text message, that the car I was looking at was at the dealership and ready to view. I drove 30 minutes and then discovered the vehicle was not there and never was. They did a great job of apologizing, found a very similar model at another location to secure. Though, they told me it was brand new, coming off the truck and would be delivered the following day. When I got the call that the vehicle arrived, I went in and this vehicle had 237 miles on it....I am not sure that it was right off the truck. I went through the process, and unfortunately had another snafu when it came to registering my vehicle, as that took them 4 days. I am finally all set, but it was not an easy experience. Love the car and the service guy doing my inspection was wonderful. I don't appreciate the "mistruths" or lack of communication when it came to registering the vehicle. I am not sure I would go back again due to the lack of transparency and communication. More
