I had to have the 5000 mile checkup performed on my 2022 Corolla, but I was 2500 miles from my home dealer. I took it to the Toyota service center nearest my hotel, which was Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn, Corolla, but I was 2500 miles from my home dealer. I took it to the Toyota service center nearest my hotel, which was Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn, MA. I was kindly greeted when I arrived, and James Banach was my service advisor. James is a true professional, and I was treated kindly, and he explained what needed to be done, and answered any questions that I had. The service only took one hour, and I was on my way! All employees with whom I had contact with were helpful, patient and nice! I would rate this service department as top notch! More
