My Son wanted to purchase a RAV4 XLE. He spoke with the Internet advisor she says they had one in stock and she sent him an email with a copy of the sticker and price. My Son went in for a test drive loved the car and proceeded to start the financing process. When the the finance mgr showed up he gave us an invoice with a $5000 dollar markup OVER the MSRP. we were never told before coming in, when we arrived, before the test drive or after that they woulD try to EXTORT 5K extra because, and this was their excuse, the cars are tough to get. Ummmm they had at least 12 on the lot and over 18 in an adjacent lot. They said they couldn’t do anything about the markup. Then we were leaving they said they could take 2K off but that was it. I will Never go to Herb Chambers again More

The service technician was rude and didn’t even tell me his name. Didn’t tell me what he was going to do to my vehicle. It took over a week to wait for a chip component for my 2015 Prius but it wasn't the dealership's fault. The company is experiencing chip shortage and been dealing with it on a case by case basis.
