Leaving me to mention my salesman Jason Dillon, he has been my salesman since the beginning for me at Toyota and I would never leave him and would recommend him to anyone I know.He is very knowledgeable and shows me everything I need to know about my vehicle before I leave the lot. Great buying experience, Matt's a great guy and straight shooting salesperson. Very knowledgeable, helpful with the paperwork and making it a trustworthy and painless experience. My brother bought used, and I bought a new car (cheaper than the used cars of the same model during this crazy car shortage) - Matt even helped me get another rebate I wasn't aware of that got price below MSRP on a high-demand hybrid sedan. I had to wait for a while for it to come in but Matt gave an accurate timeline upfront and was very communicative giving updates and not pushy throughout the experience. He also helped arrange for it to get wrapped with a paint protection film at nearby sun-stoppers before we picked it up, as we live about an hour away. I'm extremely pleased with my car buying experience and my car. Will continue to refer friends and family to Heritage. Brother bought used and so he had a shorter experience, but he and his wife are also very pleased with their highlander. More

When I took my car in for summer tire changeover and 12000 mile service, I also requested a state inspection. They forgot to do the inspection. I tried to make an appointment later to rotate the tires, 12000 mile service, I also requested a state inspection. They forgot to do the inspection. I tried to make an appointment later to rotate the tires, do the inspection, and change out the USB port for AppleCarPlay. I told them we have bouth new cords and tried all the ones we have to get the CarPlay to work and it remains intermittant. They want me to let them look at it, and then come back for another appointment if they need to order parts. When I have asked questions about my car, the person checking me in or out doesn't know the answer and the person who does, is busy. I cancelled the appointment because I don't have time to keep going back. They didn't offer to look at it quickly before the appointment or to order the part in case it needs to be changed out. I am not impressed. More
