Thankfully that was not our experience at all at Honda of Lincoln. We both felt like we were listened too, and all of our questions were thoroughly explained! And more importantly- If they didn’t know the answer right away, they didn’t try and tell us they did! That kind of honest straightforward deal is definitely what we were looking for.
