I worked with Grant Toline on a problem I was having with the brakes on our 2016 Honda Fit. I had the car in three times because the pedal felt "soft" when applying the brakes. Each time Grant listened to my the brakes on our 2016 Honda Fit. I had the car in three times because the pedal felt "soft" when applying the brakes. Each time Grant listened to my concerns and kept me informed as to what steps the service department was taking to address the problem. He even met my request to have a service technician take the car for a ride (Justin) and he found an issue with the rear brakes. It was fixed and everything is fine! Both Grant and Justin were great!
