The timing of the service department was great but when I got there no one seemed to know who was greeting f the people walking in and the girl who greeted me seemed lost and confused. Mostly, I found it okay. The free Uber was nice but the "diagnostic fee" is a burn. Oil changed on Friday. Left for trip on Wednesday when the skid plate came down and was dragging along the interstate. Pulled off and went to nearest garage.
