This dealership has been my sole supplier of vehicles and service for 15 years and I have always found all the staff, sales, service, parts, customer service, and others, to be friendly, knowledgeable and tr service for 15 years and I have always found all the staff, sales, service, parts, customer service, and others, to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy about the status of my various Acuras. This applies to my latest visit this week to have extensive work on my 2016 MDX. All work was done quickly and well. This is my 3rd MDX from Jackson Acura and each experience was great! Rob Flauter makes the process so easy and I enjoy his advice and help with choosing the right vehicle.
