Pat was very rude when I came to get my service done. Over the phone. When I called him to ask some questions he was very rude on the phone. I had another great experience with Jackson Acura in Roswell. My car battery died and I used Acura roadside assistance. Service Team made my experience relaxing. I went in for a new alternator and oil change and it was done under 2 hours. They offer to take me home but I decided to wait there.
