Above and beyond! Ran over a curb and blew a tire and live in Buckhead. Took my rim and tire back to the dealership and and put my new tire on. I just drove to the dealership and they put my new tire and old rim back on. What service! More

Vehicle cutting off while driving - SUPER SCARY I brought my car in because the car would occasionally cut-off while driving for no reason. The VSA light would come on and all of the electronic cont I brought my car in because the car would occasionally cut-off while driving for no reason. The VSA light would come on and all of the electronic controls would cut off. Imagine how scary that is driving on I-75 or GA-400 with no warning. This occurred over a two-week period on and off. I only considered brining it to Jackson. I’ve had so many great experiences, especially with Brittany as my service advisor. Her attention to details and putting the customer first is critical to me. The only problem was it was two days before Christmas Eve. After running many tests, they still needed more time to determine the issue. Initially, they told me it required them to hold my car longer, which meant I would get my car after Christmas. Within a couple hours of dropping off my car, they not only surprised me and confirmed they fixed the problem but did it days before I thought and before Christmas. Brittiany and the service team worked really hard to solve the problem. Thank you very much! More
