I worked with Austin in sales. I called him three times the day before I planned to drive the 200 miles to look at the car. He did not return any of my calls. I called the dealership around 5pm to see if the car was still available- they said it was. Austin finally called me back around 7:30 pm to confirm our appt for 2pm the next day. I arrived at 1pm and even though I did not finance the car we did not get out of there until 5:40. I was not at all happy with the trade in value of my car. I saw the same model and year (with more miles and no auto start) listed online at a dealership for $15000 and they only offered me $6000 for mine. I had meticulous records of all the repairs( new transmission, new brakes, new tie rods, all the scheduled maintenance, etc. ) It never left Austin's desk while someone else decided what to offer me for my car. Andrew, who sold me the warrantee almost redeemed the bad experience but than I got in the car to drive it home and it only had less than half a tank of gas and the napkins and coupons from the previous owner were still in the door and glove compartment. Ran into inclement weather on the way back home and didn't pull into my garage until 11:30 pm. More
