I was in the market for a new 2023 Challenger, I chose this particular lot because of units on hand. I was greeted by Reda, whom walked and drove me around to show me all the different styles in the price this particular lot because of units on hand. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with me while I decided on features and a color. The sales manager and finance specialist (Tan) were very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. My sales person was not knowledgeable about the car I wanted, and bought. This is the third Grand Cherokee in a row I bought. He originally told me the car was a 2024, it was a 2023. He told me the 220 wanted, and bought. This is the third Grand Cherokee in a row I bought. He originally told me the car was a 2024, it was a 2023. He told me the 220 charger needed to be installed, it was a standard 110 plug. He didn’t know the difference between the 2023 and 2024 model. The car had sat on the lot for 1 full year. I mentioned there may be flat spots on the tires and I was concerned. He told me if there are flat spots, they will go away in a couple days….which is not true. Two days later, I returned and service replaced the tires. More

My experience was unpleasant. My sales representative was Jonathan. He told me the The price of my vehicle that shows online was 18,500 but it had a discount because it was 22,000 My sales representative was Jonathan. He told me the The price of my vehicle that shows online was 18,500 but it had a discount because it was 22,000 but after three long hard days somehow the price managed to make it back to the original price of 22,000 I asked Jonathan, but he kept stating that he would talk to his manager on the third day , he was off so I did have a different sales representative helping me but by then it was too late because Jonathan had already wrote up sales wrong so no discount, I was not given the discounted Thank price that it showed online. They made me come back several times for nothing and They would leave me sitting there with no food or water all day in the dealership. On the third day, I was finally allowed to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in. What makes me the most upset is that I was lied to about the price and The only thing they did was apologize, but did not honor the price that was shown online and that they told me I’d be paying. they told me the vehicle was also in the shop getting maintenance for those three days. I asked if they were to do any work on the car I was buying if I could have copies of the work that they did I told they would, but they never did. So overall, I tried to maintain an a good attitude But I do not like how I was treated or be tricked they even wanted me to ensure my vehicle before I drove it. More
