Purchased my car from this dealership six or seven years ago. The car has been great. The service has typically been quite good. This time the service rep did not listen to my concern with the A/C. Their service tech did check the A/C based upon the service rep’s written order but it did not reflect the problem I was reporting. I am hoping that the check that was done was enough to verify that my concern was not a problem and the A/C will not quit on me. More
