While i do appreciate Jen for reaching out and trying to find a solution, I never received a call from a manager or owner. So while i was not happy about that as it makes the situation even worse, NOW, my trade in still has not been paid off and the bank where it was financed is wanting another payment on a truck that we traded in. I called and spoke to J.D. who told me the check was sent on the 18th, however the bank is saying they still haven't received anything. I was also told they would email me the tracking info and a copy of the check, I did not receive those either. It has been almost 2 weeks since we signed the papers! Again, THE WORST experience i have ever had!

The bank told me they did not receive it until 6/29/26. Even at that i was never provided the information from Jimmy Britt that I was promised the week before, so i have no way of knowing where it was or when it was sent. All i can go by is the date it was paid off and when the bank said they received it. I was told by JD it was delivered on the 19th, however the banks were closed that day so they wouldn't have been there to sign for it.

The car was towed in on Monday. They looked at it on Thursday. They figured out it was a loose battery cable but charged $229. Kind of ridiculous. More

Hello Dana - we're very sorry we were not able to get to your vehicle as quickly as we all would have liked since it was a spur of the moment arrival. While I know you had not brought it back to us since purchasing your vehicle, we were pleased you chose use to repair it when it needed it. Granted, when it was towed in, we didn't have it on the schedule, but immediately added it into our repair queue. (We understand you had work done somewhere else and your vehicle started shutting off so we wanted to do our best to get it right for you.) Please know the work performed was just a little more than a loose battery cable. When we got it into the shop, we found corrosion pads on the battery were not allowing the terminals to stay tight and was jolting loose causing the vehicle to shut off. We removed and replaced the corrosion pads, tested the battery and recharged the battery. We scanned and ran health check on the vehicle to verify everything. Then we test drove the vehicle to verify repair. The only thing you were charged was our standard diagnosis fee and the shop supplies. Please let us know if everything is working on your vehicle now, and we hope to see you back for your next maintenance. We will do our best to be speedier next time.

Obviously that is not the experience we strive to provide, and even with you having a newer sales professional working with you, our sales manager should have been more involved to speed things along. This is one of the reasons we pride ourselves on getting so much of the purchase process done virtually, in advance of a customer's visit, specifically to reduce time in store, and it sounds as if we failed. I asked the sales professional and they contacted the previous customer who indeed stated they do not know where their second key is.
