I apologize, I don't remember the finance gentleman's name as I only met him that day but he was equally easy to deal with and warm and cordial. I live in South Florida so these guys are quite a ways away at least a 6-hour drive. Nonetheless, I was treated with respect. I felt comfortable even before I got there based on my telephone and email discussions prior to arriving. Everything was as they said it would be. No last minute additions to the paperwork to try hustle for extra profit etc. In addition to that, they saved me quite a bit of money (about 6K compared to greedy local Florida dealers for a nicer car and the same trade in) compared to shopping locally. They gave me top dollar for my trade which is a recognition of the level of maintenance I consistently do to my vehicles. Getting great respect, honesty from dealer, and saving money are the ultimate hat trick. I would not hesitate even for a second before recommending them to others. I was honest and upfront about my needs with them, and they were honest and upfront about whether or not they could meet them. They met my needs and more. Hats off especially to Brian. Water pump defective as per the mechanics. Just a weird noise and they replaced the water pump. I am losing my coolant since that day. Two week ago. Still dripping. Disappointed since my frost times were very satisfactory. Some employees in the service department should always be very nice just as much as a salesman that want to sell you a vehicle. My opinion. More
