I recently had service done on my vehicle here, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. When I picked up my car, there were greasy/oily fingerprints all over the driver’s side interi unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. When I picked up my car, there were greasy/oily fingerprints all over the driver’s side interior. To their credit, the service advisor did send it back to be cleaned, but it still wasn’t handled properly. The cleaning process ended up staining the B-pillar fabric pink, and they missed a spot on the A-pillar entirely. On top of that, after the alignment, my steering wheel is now off-center when driving straight, which was not an issue before. After bringing all of this up, they were quick to say they would make it right, but no one actually followed through with scheduling a time for me to bring the car back in. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and follow-through has been frustrating. Hoping they step up and resolve these issues, but as of now, I can’t recommend based on my experience. More

Very disappointed in the inability to get an answer to the technical question regarding my cruise control. I was told that I could leave it and they would do "additional study" to find the problem. They had already done one diagnostic test w printout. I asked how much would I be expecting to pay. They told me it would depend on how long the diagnostic procedures took. I asked if they could give me a ball park. Anywhere between a couple of hours and several hours .. You do the math. I plan on taking the van to the dealership in Charleston, SC. Sad! More
