I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience. I was given a different Jeep from the one I selected, and after contacting the dealership about it, no one even had the courtesy to respond. I felt disregarded during the purchase and completely ignored afterward. This lack of professionalism and customer care is why I gave everyone a rating of 1. Overall, working with my salesman Brian Napper was extremely pleasant. He was courteous, well mannered and understanding. He was willing to work to get me where I wanted to be with the purchase and m extremely pleasant. He was courteous, well mannered and understanding. He was willing to work to get me where I wanted to be with the purchase and my trade in. He has been excellent to work with after the sale on a situation also. I would recommend to anyone going to Jimmy Britt in Statesboro to purchase a vehicle to see Brian Napper. As for the service dept and other management I cant say as much. I bought the extended warranty with the vehicle and had a problem with the drivers side DRL a couple of weeks later and then the passenger side a week after that. I went back and got with the service dept on it and they were going to get with the warranty company. That's was 5 to 6 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from anyone regarding the situation as of today ( 8/31/2026 ) More
