From start to finish on the purchase of my new truck was great. The salesman William is down to earth great person. The finance was smooth and quick as possible. The only trouble I had was trying to get a hold of someone in service to get them installed. The first time I was transferred from parts and sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. The following day I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. The next day Friday I was on hold for 20 minutes again before I hung up and called back and asked for a service advisor. I finally was connected with someone to have an appointment set for Tuesday the following week. If it wasn’t for the service department I would have given a 100%. More

I was very happy with the service I received, but not thrilled about the wait time. I arrived on time, and my vehicle was taken back immediately. Unfortunately, I wound up waiting two hours for an oil ch thrilled about the wait time. I arrived on time, and my vehicle was taken back immediately.
